พื้นฟ้าสวรรค์นั้น เกิดขึ้นมาโดยพระองค์
ดาวที่บนฟากฟ้า ถูกจัดวางโดยพระหัตถ์

กลางวันและกลางคืน ก็เป็นไปตามบัญชา
แม้ทะเลและคลื่นคะนอง ก็กราบที่พระบาท
